WORK O' THE DAY:

Let's begin by writing down a definition of 'Code Review" that will guide our conversations for today. Please make sure everyone is on board with that.

Now please work individually at first to go and find Code Review guidelines from a group inside some large outfit (Google, Microsoft, Apple etc...) that has published their 'Code Review' guidelines.

Once you have found those, please work with your team to adopt one set of guidelines for your entire team.

Please begin by doing a code review with your team, one by one, of the code you wrote editing the existing animation code of a team member. One person at a time should have their code open on their screen, everyone else should be gathered around taking a look.

Use those guidelines to discuss the code.

This may be tough, but it is really, really helpful!
